Uncovering Your Path
A 4 week 4 module course released April 3, 2023
Modules will be released once a week and you will be able to move through the material on schedule, or at your own pace. There will be 2 live calls for the people who begin the week of April 3rd.

The first step to create change in this world is to get deeply in touch with your deep, intuitive guidance.
Getting in touch with your intuition is a revolutionary act.
Our culture purposefully disconnects us from our intuitions because they know the power we hold when we connect with it. When we follow our hearts.
WE ARE CREATORS. WE CREATE A NEW WAY.
We no longer follow the status quo of destroying our Mother Earth, we no longer want money at the expense of other’s mistreatment. We no longer want to move so fast in a job that doesn’t allow for our inner brilliance.
And more and more.
This course is to both giving more clarity now and give you the tools of learning how to uncover your truth and path to follow your heart in the future.
I want to empower you by teaching you how to be more connected by the earth. I want to empower you to help you explore different practices to find what works for you.
We will use different modalities including easily accessible plant medicine. We will commune with easily accessible herbs to allow the plants to support and nourish you in your journey. We will be cultivating the magical relationships with plants that is simple and accessible to all of us.

explore
Module 1: Seeing and accepting our present situation
You will pick an area of focus for this course. We will be exploring the Buddhist principle of accepting life as it is. It takes a lot of skill and support to be able to hold the truth. I will guide you through how to be with what is. Only by observing the space between our current lives and what our heart yearns for can we open to change.
Module 2: Sitting with and moving through our fears
What keeps us from allowing ourselves to dream? What keeps us on dominant culture’s hamster wheel? How have we gotten so far from our dreams? I will hold a nurturing space to help support you uncover your fears and move through them. I will give you tools on how to move through dense energy.
Module 3: Dreaming
Now that we are familiar with our current fears, we move to a dreaming space. How do we allow ourselves to imagine in different ways? Make space for excitement? How do we get into the energetic space for creating? To embody our creatrix energy.
Module 4: Feeling the shift
My intention with this class is that at the end of it you will be ready to move towards your heart path. This course will be an intuitive portal for you. I will hold live classes to kick off and close out and be available to support you through the journey.
