About Me

I am intuitive healer who is called to this work so we may dream and create change in for our communities.

Ever since I was a child, I was always a bleeding heart about social justice issues. So went to law school to become a civil rights lawyer and became a Public Defender at a nonprofit. Working in the court house in rural Texas, I loved channeling my anger at the current systems into legal arguments, but the more I saw, the more I didn’t feel this was the way I was meant to create change. If most of the world is dysregulated most of the time, do they have the capacity for the shadow work required to reflect on how they are perpetuating inequities? I felt the answer to these injustices for me, was healing. Healing with others who are ready for change, rather than trying to change people’s minds.

As someone who was raised with a lot of generational trauma in my family, I’ve always nerded out on all of the healing modalities I could that could practically make a difference in my life. Some of the things I’ve studied in the past 10 years include: nervous system and trauma healing, Buddhist meditation, energy work, breathwork, herbalism, ancestral healing, flower essences, and folk medicine (curanderismo specifically), etc.

My work is rooted in ancestral, earth honoring, land-based spirituality. My medicine is deep medicine- I believe everything is interconnected and when we heal our deepest shadows, we are able to access and know who we are in our hearts and we heal the world by healing generational trauma.

Lastly, I believe a big part of my medicine comes from my identity as mixed: equal parts Mexican, Jewish-Russian, Korean, and Hungarian. Due to my mixed heritage, I do not try to claim an identity based lineage for healing, but rather prefer to learn the underlying truth from these lineages so the wisdom can be honored and adapted to modern day life, without needing to be of the lineage or appropriating the lineage of others.
