Hello! I have a cat named Sol and I am a huge healing nerd. I think healing came to me out of necessity- I was born into ancestral lineages with so much trauma that it didn’t really ever feel like I had the option not to heal because I didn’t feel comfortable. My work is embodied wisdom that I share from my own journey- it is dynamic because the different layers often need different things at different times. Sometimes we need more gentleness and sometimes we need to stretch- there is no one right answer.

I love talking about collective healing and imagining a completely different reality and how we get there. I love my soul mate cat- Sol. I am a Taurus Sun, Leo Rising, and Aquarius Moon. With that, I’ve often felt like I didn’t belong, like the black sheep. Deep love is important to me and so I had to work a lot to open more to intimacy and to heal my heart. But I believe that our hearts can themselves weave the new earth.

I was a lawyer, a Public Defender in rural Texas and I have a whole lot of battle-stories.
